Runner in Motion

Our aims and values

Sincerely, The Run Love Team :)

01

Our Approach

Run Love exists for people who value how running *feels*. Community and sustainability are part of our core ethos: care for people, care for place, and make choices that allow both people and places to thrive.

We focus on creating experiences that feel considered, inclusive, and grounded at every step.

02

Community

We want running to be a shared experience. We design Run Love to feel welcoming, calm, and supportive, with space for connection as well as movement.

This means:

* Prioritising wellbeing, participation, and enjoyment over pressure or performance.

* Partnering with wellness-led organisations and practitioners whose work supports physical and mental health.

* Working with local suppliers, creatives, and contributors wherever possible.

* Creating shared spaces that encourage conversation, rest, and community.

Our charity partnership with our wellness partners reflects this focus - supporting work that aligns with our values around care, balance, and long-term wellbeing.

03

Sustainability

Our events take place in outdoor environments, and we take responsibility for how we use these spaces. Sustainability for us is practical and ongoing, not performative.

We aim to:

* Keep events low-waste through careful planning, reduced single-use materials, and clear recycling initiatives.

* Encourage reusable cups, bottles, and camping equipment.

* Design routes, camps, and infrastructure with environmental impact in mind.

* Work within land-use guidance and respect local wildlife, landowners, and neighbouring communities.

We ask everyone attending Run Love to share in this responsibility and help us look after the spaces we use.

04

Moving Forward

We’re a small, independent team, and we believe progress matters more than perfection. Our approach is to make thoughtful decisions, be honest about what’s possible, and keep improving as we grow.

Run Love is about moving with intention, as individuals and as a community.
